Is it possible for just one colour with a few dashes of purple to convey not only the all mystery, the fascination but also the malice and to some extent the sensuality of the facets of an ever changing city? Leon’s Place has  succeeded in doing just that,  coating in an elegant pearl grey the four floors of the new 4Star Hotel in Rome, member of the hotelphilosophy group and already accepted into the DesignHotels network. Set in a glamorous palace dating back to the 1800' the hotel is a new reality able to portray the latest trends in hotel design. Envisaged as an impressive  oasis of relax for the modern day  traveller, it is now a manifesto of   urban design, a perceptive story  constantly stimulating the traveller’s senses in a ever changing environment, casting and eye to the future of the hospitality industry. In a palace that throughout the centuries, due to a series of restructurings, lost the original characteristics of its interior, there is now the ideal opportunity after years of neglect to give shape, through  interior design, to the myriad of unexpected sensations experienced by the first time visitors of the residence. A process of transformation was thus set in motion, which has involved what it was going to be used for the internal configuration and an overtaking of the contemporary  concept of design hotel. The striking scenography of the hall fills the guest with emotions and creates the best environment for a warm welcome. In this space the bar and the reception area merge their function welcoming the guests with a combination of feelings thanks to the variety of colours in the materials and textures stimulating the tactile sensation. Expression of present day luxury, crossed by a series of snow-white columns, the space is immerged in soft lighting, peppered with objects, decorations and furnishings, all combining to recreate the luxurious environment of a bygone era. Leon’s Place, with its extraordinary position in Rome has a unique mission: to offer its guests a personalised  welcome  and make their stay an unforgettable experience.
