Golf Hotel Is Arenas does not limit its catering services to one restaurant, there are many of them located in different parts of the resort, offering a great variety of dishes and a delightful atmosphere. Artichokes and saffron are grown locally; the fish is freshly caught in the surrounding waters. We only chose fresh seasonal produces to create a great culinary experience. At Golf Hotel Is Arenas the Sardinian cuisine offers the best of Mediterranean taste.
In the main restaurant, large glass windows open on to the pine forest. Our guests will be spoiled with a rich breakfast buffet that will exceed our international guests’ expectations. You will taste the Sardinian honey and the Black Forest jam. A great start of the day for those who rise early to play golf and those who enjoy a sleep in.
Our chefs’ creativity can be appreciated more than just at breakfast time: try one of our delicious snacks at the restaurant, on the terrace and at the beach bar during summer months. Try our sweets at any time of the day: ice-cream, pastries and typical Sardinian sweets like the tasty sebadas (traditional fried cheese coated with bitter honey). We will satisfy even the most demanding palates!
Dine under the stars at the restaurant or on the terrace: our chefs propose a rich à la carte menu that includes typical Mediterranean dishes, light and fresh, with an emphasis on fish and seafood. Meat dishes inspired by Sardinian’s tradition are also available: the sa merca, the muggine with “erba zibba”, the malloreddus, the gnocchi with saffron sauce and the minced Sardinian sausage. A selection of local and national wines will accompany your dinner.
The elegant and welcoming lounge bar reaches the swimming pool through a veranda; it is a true oasis of peace where you can try our soft drinks and the chef’s delicious food. At sunset our guests can get in the mood for dinner with a glass of champagne or a cocktail. The beach bar proposes a selection of light meals, snacks and aperitifs to be enjoyed while admiring the sun sinking into the sea.
