LOCATION

Hotel La Coluccia is set in a very important natural reserve on the north coast of Sardinia, facing Spargi Island and Maddalena Island. From this area begins the peninsula’s evocative inlet that lends its name to our Hotel.
Santa Teresa di Gallura is nearby, a wonderful and famous village on the Bocche di Bonifacio Strait. The ferries coming from Corsica, France, arrive here. You can reach Santa Teresa di Gallura by car from Olbia airport in less than an hour. From Porto Torres it takes just over ninety minutes. Leaving from Alghero airport you will need around two hours. You can reach Santa Teresa di Gallura by land through via Nazionale; your first impression will be of an extended plain, but if you look closely you will notice a rock formation standing 44 meters above the sea.
The area surrounding Hotel La Coluccia enjoys a Mediterranean climate, starting from February though, an early spring brings warmth until May.
La Coluccia, set in the serenity of a green space, is at the edge of the spectacular La Maddalena marine reserve. You can easily reach by foot some gorgeous white sand beaches and breathtaking sea. You can also hire small boats to enjoy the scenery and visit the islands Spargi, Budelli, Santa Maria and the islands of the coast of Corsica.
